Movement and Dance
Thursdays, 9:30-11:00, beginning 9 October, 2025

In this movement class we will explore different possibilities to improvise with movement, individually and as a group. After a warm-up, that focusses on breath and energy flow, we will do exercises that work with movement imagination and exploration. We will pay attention to aspects of performativity, such as muscle tonus, presence, relationality or focus. The class will include some partner exercises and simple scores. We will be working individually in a group, but also in physical contact and proximity to others.
A certain level of physical fitness and experience in moving will be required.
Continues attendance is a prerequisite. It is still possible to join this course until 16 October, 2025.

Bewegung und Tanz
donnerstags, 9:30-11:00, Beginn: 9.10.
Raum: tba (Urbansplatz 2)
In dieser Bewegungsklasse erkunden wir verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Bewegungsimprovisation, sowohl einzeln als auch in der Gruppe. Nach einem Warm-up, das sich auf Atmung und Energiefluss konzentriert, werden wir verschiedene Übungen aus der Bewegungsimagination und -erkundung machen. Dabei berücksichtigen wir auch Aspekte von Performativität, wie Muskeltonus, Präsenz, Relationalität oder Fokus. Der Kurs umfasst einige Partner:innenübungen und die Arbeit mit einfachen Scores. Wir werden individuell in der Gruppe arbeiten, aber auch im körperlichen Kontakt und mit Nähe zu anderen.
Eine gewisse körperliche Fitness und Erfahrung mit Bewegung ist erforderlich.
Eine kontinuierliche Teilnahme ist Voraussetzung. Der Einstieg in diesen Kurs ist noch bis 16. Oktober 2025 möglich.
